It's not rocket science really. The Allams clearly feel their aims for the club were eventually thwarted by the fans, so any information regarding the take-over is on a need to know basis with the fans being at the end of that list. Also it's hardly surprising that they're not committing themselves to a decent transfer budget. Their target was promotion in order to increase the selling price of the club and now that's achieved why would they invest more money into the eventual buyers asset?
