I am becoming increasingly of the opinion that DC likes to treat all of his player the same. He is fair and loyal to them as they are to him. I believe he is avoiding having a two or three tier system where some players are paid and treated as the team's stars; others as the stolid stalwarts; and others as up and coming. Clearly there will be differences in the pay for player's with greater ability and for greater experience, but possibly not to an excessive extent. This may be the reason that he is having problems with Matty Taylor who may wish to have a contract set at a level above DC's expectations. I believe it is clear that if Matty was just after a big contract for bigger bucks then he would have signed for someone else some time ago. He has grown up with DC's team and probably would prefer to stay.

I have checked other forums and no one knows who he was either. He apparently played left wing. He took the corner that James Clarke scored from. Thats all I can find out about him.
Spoke to DC after the Weston match, said the trialist was called Sam and he was from Maidenhead and he played well
Also seen that we have signed him and will be announced today (Thursday). Apparently he is good but has an attitude problem but DC willing to see if he can help him with it so will risk it.
