    Good Morning Everyone,

Bellusci has been speaking to the press about his year long loan deal to Empoli.

He said: "I thank Cellino who gave me the opportunity to return to Italy complying with my wish. I wanted strongly [to come] back here for so many reasons.

"I love working on the defensive and in England this was not done. Tactically Italy is a step ahead of everyone.

"I saw Empoli worked on this as important and I am happy to be here."

    Thoughts?

Morning Elland. Of course tactically Italy is ahead of England. Dooh. So is virtually every country but you're about to put it right by signing up Big Sam as new manager <laugh>

When you think about it, and analyse it, he makes a good point.

You are right, teams need to use tactics to make up for his inability to defend adequately

No wonder the defence has been poor if they don't practice on it.

Seen it too many times in recent seasons, since Grayson. We bring in a quality defender who turns out to be shyte, so we get rid and whooo there they are in the prem looking like a different player. Bruce for example has been great for Hull helping them go up, stay up and still there. We had problems with all the coaches/managers since Grayson as Warnock was part time, McD not a coach onl;y a scout, you name the coach and look at any player who left under them as compare form.

Why are prem clubs wanting Cooper is a great example, why has Bamba dropped form when he was brill when he arrived.

I'm expecting to see a vast improvement under Monk and even to the point of seeing some players who were shyte for us, now being different class. #livesinhope

Only if the tactic taught in Italy was to plant a weak defensive header onto the foot of the centre forward in your own box.
    Morning by the way.

I wouldn't stick any of the English lot in charge of England unless it was Arry.

Big Sam not my choice but to be fair I bet he gets respect, and makes the team do a job or they don't get in the sqaud. He wont fook about with the big I am see my new headphones and nice car brigade. In and they do what they're told to do, then need to perform to a standard or they get fooked off

S o Cook wanted to go and there was nothing Monk or the club could do. He was offered more in a newer contract but he wanted out and B/Mouth met the money asked so he went, end of. We move on and good luck to the kid, but as Monk says we move on quick and carry on adding quality

    Millwall Knock Millers’ Striker Bid

Rotherham have had their efforts to sign Millwall’s Lee Gregory rejected. A £1.2 million bid was rebuffed for the Lions’ forward with Millwall obviously desperate to keep hold of their star man.

Gregory scored 27 goals last season as Millwall narrowly missed out on an instant return to the Championship losing in the playoff final.

Gregory was rumored to have handed in a transfer request but this has since been denied.

Further reports that Gregory was on the phone to Tarkowski to get tips on how to hold industrial strike action are as yet unproved.

Sky sports sources say "Millwall thought Rotherham had grossly overvalued their player" <cheers>
