Doesn't read like he's at all happy with the Allam's.... Very passive aggressive. http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/hull...lub-takeover/story-29499876-detail/story.html
Losing patience by the sounds of it Well the allams arnt backing us financially now by the sounds of it. Have the takeovers fell through?
Are you hearing what you want to here? He sounds geared up and ready for the challenge. He wants to know if we're being sold. He's aware of his budget, he said on RH if it was double that it would still be hard. which it will.
It's a remarkable interview really, especially when you think about what Barmby got sacked for. He's thoroughly pissed off and deserves better than to be that in the dark. Surely it wouldn't be that up in the air if something wasn't close to being done?? Needs to be.
It's worse than it seems, when the decision has been made and the dust settles, more will be revealed.
He lost patience with Ehab long ago. At this point, I couldn't give a **** if we finished 20th with Derby-esque points. I want the Allams to just **** off and stop slowly killing the club..
Your attempts to claim that there's no issue between Ehab and Bruce is sounding increasingly desperate.
So ****ing annoying Bruce is being dicked around along with the rest of us. Just get your money and do one please, Allams. You want what's best for the club, right? Well let Bruce have his chance with some decent owners.
I actually thought it sounded he was losing patience and was frustrated by what is going on, but to also agree with you was also ready for the challenge which to his credit he always is. I think the big thing here is the takeover needs sorting one way or another as you can't really expect everyone to be pushing the same way until it is done and dusted. I am sure the Allams are concentrating on getting it sold if thats the case and probably don't have the inclination to actually want to go out and sign new players if they are getting rid of us. If they are keeping us maybe the deadline for today will free up some tie to get into signing new players. Every season we always seem to be in this position though, everyone crying out for the new players, which never seem to turn up until about 10 minutes before the deadline anyway.
What sad times to be a city fan when we should be revelling at the prospect of having another shot. If they do stay (of which I think they will) I hope Bruce goes and leaves them in the lurch on the eve of the season. I will happily cut of my nose to spite my face when it comes to them clowns at this club.
Quite. Would love to hear what Bruce really thinks if they stay and he ****s them off. If they do stay it really is just to spite many people.
Suggests to me that something is close. If the Allams were staying they wouldn't let it descend with Brucie this far, and they'd surely want to give us a chance of staying up. Through so much of the Allam tenure, Bruce has been the personification of diplomacy. He's been skillful in the way he's appeased the owners and kept most of the fans onside, he's never resorted to calling one of the owners out by name for making something difficult for him. Until now. "Ask Ehab" - it's a frustrated response. Yes, he wants to crack on and have a go, but the point is that for the first time the owners are preventing that, not updating him on anything, and therefore the relationship has changed dramatically. He deserves better, but this is why I feel a deal must be close - you wouldn't let it sink so far if you were staying.
My view is he is now in a no lose situation. If he wanted to manage elsewhere he could, he's put up with the Allam's crap for so long that he wants to show the fans his loyalty. Although he's always defended them he is a man of football and morals and now he only wants to do this job with freedom, not the tyrannical restraint currently imposed.
