I wasn't suggesting a conspiracy, or even any poor negotiation skills on our behalf. I was claiming just typical bad luck. But as we were dealing with Inter, hardly surprising.
Right I'm making a conscious decision now not to read one bit of transfer news nor pay the club any attention until the first game of the season. The annual summer money fight can crack on without me I'm getting too old for this ****, wake me up when they're actually playing footy.
Exactly ......... all clubs have the same situations. Arsenal begged Vardy to sign and offered him a fortune.
Personally think this is Inter trying to get back at us Tad childish but to be expected from an Italian club Was looking forward to him being part of the team! Alas though, we move on!
Do we often make official club statements when transfers break down? This is a first for me as far as I can remember. Might be wrong like.
Is this a case of because we are dealing with Inter again, we are being openly public about the dealings with them
It does make me feel that something more 'political' is going on. But I'm a paranoid soul so I don't know.
I heard it was the relegation contract bit but also that Inter then decided they want another £2 mil. F*ck it move on.
