For a long time now I've been used to getting my season ticket at the start of July. I realise that things could be difficult now we're in the World's Greatest League, but the official Swans site has no info whatsoever on when we can go and pick them up. I know it's still three weeks away from when we play Wigan, but I want my bleedin' ticket! Any ideas anyone?
No ideas, sorry. I, too, appreciate that the change in leagues can raise new ticketing issues that need to be resolved. But Swansea City Football Club - please communicate with us. Tell us when we can get our season tickets and also buy tickets for the away games rather than keeping us in the dark.
Apparently next week is when they're ready to be picked up, one of the lads in work with me popped up there today and they said next week.
For every day it gets closer to the season it means the queues will be longer at the Stadium to pick up our tickets. FFS sort it out!!!
my sentiments exactly, lets enjoy where we are going rather than get wound up by every little detail !!
SCFC have never been much use at communication. Even their website looks very dated. They may be in the Premier League, but their communication efforts and definitely Conference level.
If you have got a two week holiday looming and work 5 days a week there is not much time left to pick up your ST!!!
I heard that people were going to the club to pick them up already. I checked the Official Swans page and there's no mention of it at all on the tickets section. I shall be phoning the club today.
An update for you all, yesterday I collected my st, there is a small notice on the door of the ticket office this is what it says. People who purchased their Season Tickets during March,April and up to May 20th, can collect them this week. All others will be available next week.
still 19 days to go before they are needed, might wander down to pick mine up in a couple of weeks, really dont know what the concerns are about. Everybody will get theirs before the first home game
Yep can confirm the above - picked mine up yesterday (as you can tell by my username I only live across the road)
And while I'm here and a bit miserable... Why does it take such a long time for the ticket office to deal with each customer. The queue is almost completely stationary.
