See he's promoting his clothing brand already..... Good choice of colour. http://www.customrare.co.uk/collections/clothing?page=2
It's ok though, the world is still round and the moon is not made of cheese after all - just been on the dark side and Jonty is still doubting the calibre of players we are signing
You are right of course, probably as much as Fleetwood, Northampton and Chesterfield are about the tinker, tailor and candlestick maker that you may or may not sign
18 goals in league 2 give it a while and people on here will be trying to convince themselves he could get 30 in the championship
Aftrnoon Doc, everything is suddenly clicking into place. There's a massive amount of potential in the team....
I'm still in shock of the " Roofe" signing , a lot of Premier League interest in him last November and Roofe goes on to become League 2 player of the season . Only a fool would laugh and belittle this signing , and a mighty big fool at that . Not sure how Leeds season will pan out with these massive changes all over the club , on and off the pitch but I will be following the swirl to see if gold appears . Personally , I think this is it gents .... This is the year , good luck .
josh he scored 18 goals playing for a team that in my opinion were the best side in league 2 doesnt say much really does it if he was playing for a crap league 2 side and scored 18 goals he may be worth a punt our Gregory scored 27 goals in league 1 so how good is he
Roofe signing is certainly any eye opener, best part is we are getting it all done nice and early. I hope it sends a message to the likes of Taylor and he signs a new contract. Fingers crossed nothing rocks the boat now, maybe one or two more signings and let's see how they perform as a team..
I think you might have mistyped, I don't believe a milwall fan would tell a deliberate untruth. He scored 20 goals in league one. Or maybe you're talking about in his entire career? He 's only 5 years older than roofe too
Can't argue with those odds, about right but we're not far off the same price for promotion, bit of an unknown this season. On paper the players in look far better than those that have left so far...
A very big gamble signing Roofe for a reported £3m, Oxford obviously suited him as up to joining them he had failed to impress, the championship is a big jump from league 2 although he was outstanding against bigger teams in cup competitions last season(Millwall and Swansea) time will tell if he can rise to the occasion playing big teams every week?, i'd say be gentle with him as it may take a season or so before you see the best of him.
not quite true mukka Morison scored 19 last season league 1 your new guy scored 18 league 2 Morison is far better
