Unfortunately Wales' worst performance of the tournament.

They can be so proud of their tornament, a real valiant effort.

Ah well. Portugal pretty controlled that one. Guess I'd better find that Portuguese flag.

Listening to him, Ryan Giggs is going to be a great motivator, don't you think.

Bad luck Wales. Showed England how it should be done. You can be proud.

    Well done Jose and Cedric!

Great tournament from Wales, lots to build on from there. My word does Giggs have a boring voice.

    So pleased for Fonte though.

Yeah. As mentioned before, if any team were going to beat Wales...

As for thinking back to that decision, he mentions it often.

What a man, what a player . The guy has an inspiring strength of character. Easily my favourite Southampton player in a long time.

A great achievement by Wales to get this far. They should all be proud....despite obviously being disappointed.

They're not "high fiving" in that photo, just doing the Bandage Dance. They do it if Cedric eyes through a game without needing one.

Begging Bellamy to create a Rugby vs Football argument and asking what is more important to Wales. Dixon's reaction was **** off I'm not getting involved. Don't know the presenter's name but he wouldn't let it go
