According to various reports Musa is finally on his way with a deal agreed and will be having a medical on Tuesday. This is great news on top of the Mendy signing today! Looks like we finally get our man.
That would leave us needed just a right back and another striker if Musa signs De Laet needs replacing as he should be moved on now. If both Inler and James leave we might need another midfielder
Both http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ahmed-musa/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/168337 Mostly played as a #9 or left winger last season but can also play right wing or #10 Apparently we got him for £16M http://www.101greatgoals.com/news/t...cows-ahmed-musa-next-week-rossiyskaya-gazeta/
Really hope this one happens. Can see either Ulloa or and most likely Lawrence going even with Champions league footy.
Hopefully UIloa stays as we aren't linked with any other traditional target men - having a big bugger up front to aim at still works.
... article suggests a done deal .. plus a nice example of what he can do ... http://trueafrica.co/article/ahmed-musa-playing-premier-league-rio-olympics-revealing-interview/
Looks like we are getting abit of quality in ready for next season. Tough season ahead with Arsenal, Man City, Man Utd, Spurs & Chelsea all gunning for the championship/ top 4, they´re making some good signings too, we need to be in the mix aswell. Going for some where in the top 6 this season. I´d be happy with that, that & a cup win.
No guarantees its to us. "Everything has been finalised and Musa will be in England for his medical on Wednesday," Tony Harris told BBC Sport - good named source BBC Sport understands Musa turned down Southampton, Everton and West Ham - no sources mentioned at all His agent has said its a club in England, thats all we know as fact sofar. EDIT: OK, it does look like its to us, unless CSKAs coach has been misquoted Speaking to Russian newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Slutsky said: '(Musa) flies on Tuesday, the move is to the champion of the Premier League.'
