i'd say it's good to see you back but when you come in with ludicrous claims like this i have to reconsider. comm, among a few others, have kept this place ticking over nicely and we have some great banter. now he might not be your cup of tea, fair enough, i don't know either of you personally and i don't know your history, but if you think he's 'ruined' a board you've not visited in years may i suggest an alternative board that meets your high standards of smugness. you aren't obliged to read every piece of 'drivel' our community posts. even less obliged to respond to it. if your first posts are to start slinging **** i doubt your return will be widely welcomed. hwee the **** are you and what's your beef with comm? an ex-pro, eh? sounds about right. can't spell and can't finish sentences. typical highly educated sportsman.
I'm not interested in being welcomed. If you believe that totally dominating a board, and almost every thread, is 'keeping this place ticking over nicely' then that's your opinion. Comm wants a wide range of topics & views but only if he approves of them or the poster. Almost every thread ends up with the same in jokes and mock insults. Just not my idea of a good board or 'great banter'. Anyway, that's all I have to say.
Toothless AND spineless!! Not according to Rooney. According to this sage of our times, it's a good team! Full of good players. The only downside being they can't beat anybody when it really matters.

If you are referring to Comm, don't see how he has ruined the board, if it weren't for him Bri, Teessidemakem and a few others then the board would be dead. Bri pops up with loads of football stuff, and Comm keeps thing ticking over with all sorts of useless info and threads. I realise that you and comm don't see eye to eye, Comm and Bri have had many arguments, but still post, is it not time to...I'll not say bury the hatchet, but to just ignore each other. Cant make many friend when the first post for a long time, shoots from the hip.
So in your opinion Comm totally dominates this board? how? by replying to posts or starting threads? by being social? the absolute bastard. how dare he? if he's that bored he has to comment on every thread or start new ones then that's up to him. it's not a crime, it's not against forum rules and is more-often-than-not entertaining. he can't exactly stop a thread he doesn't approve of. he's not a mod, and contrary to your opinion of him, i don't think he's that much of an unreasonable **** he would actively pursue shutting it down if he did disapprove. this place has gone thru several dearths over the last few years and if it weren't for the likes of Comm, Tel, Bri, I wouldn't keep coming back. if this is really your opinion of the forum and one of its main posters (if it aint comm it'll be someone else) i wonder why you're here.
Me and Bri have had many. For sure there will be future one's. But actually me and Bri mostly live in harmony. I respect what he brings ti the board (which is a ****ing lot). He doesnt disappear for months on end and then instantly slate me, out of the blue. I respect he is his own man (unlike upper deck). As for Smug. ****. He is the one with the problem. I had forgotten about him. Easily done.
Agreed. There's a couple out there who wont want Smug back. To say he wouldn't be widely welcomed back is just utter nonsense. He's a well liked bloke, I've had my falling outs with him, you are having one with him right now. By the looks of it, you two probably wont make up. It's the internet, no big deal. He brings a lot to the board though, and is friends with many posters, away from here. This board would benefit, if he came back.

This is true. We will argue. No big deal. But we both have a lot to say. And not scared to say it. Bri is massive for this forum.
And nor should it. To be honest, mate. I don't want to get dragged into what's happening with you and Smug. I replied to Zlatans remark because it implied the board wouldn't want Smug back in general. I just thought I'd even it up, because regardless of personal feelings, we both know the board would be better with Smugs input.
