Wonder if Woy is licking his palms and rubbing them on his face off camera? I'd love to see that.

Get Rafa in. If you want a manager who knows how to get far in cup comps and knockout football, he's your man <ok>

The thing is, the press are going to slaughter you anyway... at some point. Even if he'd won the damn thing, the next tournament had we gone out in Q/F he'd have been slaughtered. Surely you look at what's happend to ALL the previous managers up to Hoddle and think... **** it, there's no point trying to appease the press so I'll play my best 11 players in their correct position and I won't give a **** if that means putting a superstar on the bench.

It goes back to the Gerrard + Lampard ****e we used to shoehorn into the team. If it was an Italian side they'd play one and put the other on the bench and look at it as a ****ing good sub to have!

But do you think the players would use the press against a manager like that? Suppose if they win it wouldn't matter...

Woy finally gone - only 4 years too late.

Should never have got the job in the first place - such a terrible manager who has achieved very little over a long career.

It's pressure. It's players not turning up.

    It's media.

Everytime it's the same... no new manager goes on a tour at seasons end... they don't get 15 really solid players together and stay together for 2 years.

Remember england won all ten group games starting in 2014 v Swiss.

    Hart
    Stones Cahill jones baines
    Henderson whilshire Delph
    Welbeck rooney sterling.

Like.... We've seen vardy pushed in there.. hodgson has had no clue how to use him

He's lost henderson and hasn't got him fit at all.
    No Delph.
    Picked unfit whilshire
Picked rooney at cm not striker. Also unfit. That's 3 guys who've contributed nothing.

    Kane blown out.

Sturridge picked but thrown out wide.

    Milner reliability ignored.

Changed full backs 3 times during tournament qualifying.

Picked out of form everton guys then never used them...

Picked rashford, no plan for him so stick on when it's all gone pear shaped.

Just about everything done has been scrambling to find some form of system

Iceland defender Ragnar Sigurdsson: "It went well. We didn't feel that they created any chances. We were just heading away long balls. I wasn't stressed in the second half."

Alright mate, rub it in why don't ya <laugh>
