TNA, so ******ed, they're advertising the fact they had the hottest property in wrestling right now, and let him slip through their fingers because of how badly they misused him.

    Bravo, Dixie!

Or, to put it another way, you don't see ROH advertising their VOD service has several dozen shows where CM Punk was something other than Raven's lackey...

PLEASE DELETE THIS COMMENT THAT GOT INTO THE WRONG THREAD

A stable of Barrett, Sheamus and McIntyre would put a new spin on an englishman, an Irishman and a Scotsman walking into a pub, though...

They're trying to capitolize on the hot topic of the moment and make money off it by making their archive footage of the star of the moment available for viewing. They'd be fools not to.

It will probably up the hits on thier site, but its backwards to show you had him, lost him, and now he is a big star.

The WWE could do it with Kurt Angle or the Dudleys because they were at a peak in thier careers. "You like Kurt Angle vs Jeff Jarrett? why not see it from 2002 when they could both move properly"

By doing so, they'll show that they thought CM Punk was best used as a tag team wrestler, whose gimmick was little more than Raven's lackey.

At the same time, ROH was having him lead a faction, involved in soem of the hottest feuds in the company, and actually had him cutting promos...

Some men are wrestlers and some are sports entertainers. Although CM Punk is pushing the idea that he is a Wrestler his sucsess in WWE would suggest he is both.

WCW and TNA both lost/fired talent that was better used in WWE, and it seems to rarely go the other way.

Kenny Omega quit WWE's Developmental and became a star in ROH and Japan, whilst Kenny King was on the second season of Tough Enough but became a star in ROH. Brent Albright did more in ROH than he ever did in WWE.

Going back to the original topic, you don't see WWE OnDemand advertising you can watch current ROH Tag Champs Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin, just as you don't see ROH advertising the two shows Christian appeared on, or the one show Jeff Hardy botched everything and was booed out of the building.

And A-Train, or Giant Bernard now is a big star in Japan, would like to see him have another run in WWE.

With a due respect to ROH being a big fish there is not like being a big star in the big promos.

They clearly put together a grat show, because crowds, and IWC love it, but its clearly possible to not make it in the WWE and then make a name for yourself in a smaller company.

On the subject of Brock, lets be fair wrestling/sports entertainment talent dosnt make a massive difference to your career in MMA, sure it moved him up the card faster, but if he was not so physically gifted for it he would not be such a star. The world wanted him to fall flat on his face because he was former wwe, but they had to take notice when he legitamatly beat some of the worlds best fighters.

A-Train had sucsess in WWE, he just didnt break in to the world title picture, he was on tv for years and held a bunch of titles if I remember correctly.
