I think Brady's experience carries it the moment but Robertson is still developing and could go even further.
I don't think either is 'better' than the other, i think their best positions are not the same, Brady's a better LM, Robertson a better LB. At LWB, i'd rather have Robertson when we're likely to be on the back foot, Brady where we need to do more attacking. So i voted Daws as well
Does anybody think there is still a chance Brady will come back, do we have any kind of buy-back clause on him? I'd love to see him and Robertson interchanging on the left next season, Snodgrass for me isn't suited to a left midfield position despite being a left-footer
Funny that people are saying Robertson is the more defensive one. I remember all last season people were convinced Brady was the more defensive one and that Robertson should be played on the wing.
Brady's better at this time! ( maybe at his peak? ) but I think robbo could become the better player! So I've gone robbo!
Me too. Robertson's a poor defender and his on real asset is flying forward, usually with no end result. Brady's the better player in every department.
Brady is the better player right now, but IMO Robbo will be the better in the long term. I voted Brady due to the question being, who is the better player, I took it to mean right now!
Both are internationals. Both do well to get forward, but both have a poor end product. I'd go for Robbo.
City fans often said this about Brady when he was here, but it's completely at odds with the general consensus away from City. Commentators at the euros have been gushing in their praise about his delivery.
Both great footballers. Right at this minute I'd say Brady is the better player, largely due to more games at a higher level. Potential wise I'd say Robbo. There's more to come from him and he's a real prospect for sure. The end of another season in the PL I have no doubt will see Robertson probably move on to a bigger club.
Robertson has the potential to be far better than Brady and has a better attitude anyways. However, Massive hopes that our own Josh Tymon could well be the best local lad we have ever had or produced.
I don't agree that Robertson has a better attitude, have you not seen him getting wound up quite a few times last season when up against more experienced opponents? Not sure if he has the potential myself as the technique is a long way behind at the moment even if he is 3 odd years younger, I hope he can develop though. He needs a bit more beef on him too!
When Brady is good he is very good. However as we and Norwich fans know Brady does drop off,, why ? I just think Robbo has more potential but he does need to keep working on his defending. It will be interesting to see where Brady goes and how well he does.
