Forgot no one has ever predicted a load of events for them not to happen... Like the betting experts saying Leicester would never win the league, they got that spot on... Oh wait?

So you're hoping our economy will hit the 5000-1 longshot and we'll have a nice year before normal service is resumed? Sound economic policy.

Education is just another industry being destroyed by the government. We will be a nation of bankers, lawyers and landlords, plus whatever baristas and checkout assistants they need to service them. All other industries are dead.

It's not odd at all. He mentioned it was a start up. Changing employer to join a start up with the economic chaos that's going to unfold would be very dangerous. I think you live in a cocoon mate

Most of the drop in the £ today is due to the bankers cashing in and playing the markets. It will take a week or so to settle down and then we can see the true extent of the position we are in. This will then change as we negotiate our way out. Whether the effect will be as bad as predicted remains to be seen.

I'm angry and my Mrs and eldest are in complete shock. As we over estimated the intelligence of the populous. I truly thought that when push came to shove the economy would override the flag waving and bigotry. Seemingly not.

People were manipulated. I have a friend who was asking me to vote out for more than two months. I am too scared to tell him I voted

The fall today was due to investors cashing out and it'll continue. It will settle but quite how low the bar will be at that juncture is up for debate.

The pound hitting a 30 year low is unprecedented

I fully expected leave. I thought it would be UKIP in last election and was surprised when it wasn't.

Maybe the difference in our anticipations was just geography though.

No coincidence that wealthier areas voted remain whilst the less wealthy areas went leave.

They're linked together though, people have been convinced that their economic problems are down to Mr Poland and Mr Romania taking all the jobs and housing

Morgan Stanley have been forced to deny a bbc story that it was putting plans in place to move 2000 financial jobs from London to either dublin nor Frankfurt

They just said.. not true but nothing else.

    Keep an eye on these.

The irony of that is that the poorest in our society have the least disposable income so will feel the worst effects of a recession. Plus they're most likely to be at the bottom of the food chain when unemployment starts to rise

But Kelvin Mackenzie said it'd all be sound though <doh>

There's that #racism card again. Couldn't possibly be to do with being over populated with figures only increasing could it?
