Airbus is a multinational. Do you think it will cease trading? Will the French tell them to cease working in the UK? How does airbus trade globally?

This is a multinational that sells (or is/was) planes to that well known EU member Iran.

EU referendum: Queen asks guests to give her three reasons why Britain should remain in Europe

The Queen is politically neutral but is still privately debating Britain's membership of the EU CREDIT: EDDIE MULHOLLAND FOR THE TELEGRAPH
    21 JUNE 2016 • 4:38PM
The Queen has been canvassing opinion on the EU debate by asking dinner companions: "Give me three good reasons why Britain should be part of Europe."

Her Majesty's biographer, Robert Lacey, reported the Queen's comments and suggested they may mean the Queen favours withdrawal from the European Union.

Buckingham Palace would neither confirm nor deny that the Queen had been debating the merits of Brexit in private, but royal sources pointed out that the words attributed to the Queen were "a question not a statement".

However the leading nature of the alleged question adds weight to previous claims that the Queen would like Britain to pull out of the EU.

Markus Kerber, head of the BDI (Germany’s answer to the CBI), is calling on his country to not risk damaging trade with punitive post-Brexit tariffs.
“Imposing trade barriers, imposing protectionist measures between our two countries – or between the two political centres, the European Union on the one hand and the UK on the other – would be a very, very foolish thing in the 21st century. The BDI would urge politicians on both sides to come up with a trade regime that enables us to uphold and maintain the levels of trade we have”
The UK is responsible for approximately 5.5 million jobs across Europe – the German Mittelstand won’t want a trade war, they’ll want free trade. Vote Leave Thursday and we’ll have business as usual Friday…

They may not shut the branch at Filton, but what about future investment? I can't see it going to us if we're outside the Eu

The trouble Is that whilst the Germans may take a soft side, what about the other countries, the French, Spanish etc could veto things to make it hard for us.

You avoided once again answering questions.

In the case of airbus it invests outside of the EU. One example of global enterprise.

Yes but indication suggests that companies will invest in Eu countries when looking for European countries to invest in.

We aren't in a position geographically that means we won't be unaffected.

Sorry for the gag above. It is of course a serious situation. But I cant see either side managing to persuade each other to change their minds now and I cant see how either side can help any undeciders either.

I say lets call it a day now and see what happens. What will be will be. Life goes on. No point going on as we are, lets just build bridges between us all <hug><ok>
