    I have, for the past two weeks, been on a massive fitness drive. In another 4 weeks, I will have my core fitness back, and that is when the real fun will start.

    Consequently, I have been trying to be sensible with my diet. Fast food is fast becoming an anathema. Starchy carbs are now my enemy. Fish, on the other hand, has becoming essential.

    I'm not sure if any of this helps, but I thought it best that you all know.

    I only eat two days a week ......Mondays and Tuesdays

    Hopefully Kante and Mahrez will also want to go and have a crack at the Champions League with us next season ... should that be the case then the additions of Nampalys Mendes (imminent), Luis Fernandez (done), Ron-Robert Ziegler (done) and a couple more quality signings will certainly (on paper at least) mean that the club has the strongest squad of players ever assembled in its' history ... exciting times to be a Leicester City supporter.

    Good news for Leicester and hopefully the others will follow suit although I think they will get such a huge offer for Kante that it will be hard to turn down, especially if he wants out.

    Vardy stayed because this tournament shows he can only play hoofball. Leicester play hoofball every week. Good fit.

    Kante wont hang around for the ship to sink.

    Glad Vardy stayed, he's a good fit for Leicester, it works well both ways.

    Also a nice kick in the bollocks for Arsenal.

    Why would anyone want to leave the league champions for a team who's sights are set on 4th and CL last 16 every season?
