We could do without rain, have a tricky draw and a new jockey....other than that its all good.

Best of luck stick. Is it the straight mile? If so, high numbers don't perform at all badly at Newbury over the straight mile. You could do far worse than the jock that you've got up so it all bodes well.

Just been told SFUMATO is expected to go well at Newbury in the 2pm on Thursday.

Also the next Frankel runs for Mark Johnston at Haydock - Frankuus in the 7.45

Thank you. It is a straight mile but we are drawn fifteen of fifteen so just a little concerned about getting some cover. Love the fact that we have Atzeni on board although he is 0 from 3 for Michael.
He is very fit so we fully expect him to give a very good account.

Hasn't rained all day in Newbury, and the sky is clear. Hope it stays that way. Good luck Squire.

Interesting one in the last at Newbury tomorrow.
First the negatives. Its an Amateurs race and recently the horse has looked regressive.
    Now the positives.
The yard have won the race 5 times in the last 9 years.
The horse won at this time last year off a mark 5lbs higher than it runs off today.
The jockey has won on the horse.
Blinkers are applied for the first time.

All the very best tomorrow Stick and Don.

Aside from Ryan Moore you couldn't have a better man in the saddle at present. Just tell him to ride him like postponed sit second and press the button as early as he dares and let them try and catch him!

Good money for the Crisford horse Waald El Amarat and he could improve dramatically on what he has shown so far, but they thought he was going to be a 2000G horse last year and always let them down.

I have gone through the race and have it down to 4 horses

Bunbury, Squire, Waald El Amarat, and Baltic Brave

I fancy them in that order but obviously hoping the front two reverse.
