Very likely correct. I wonder if Obbi Oulare will change his mind - he was reported in the Belgian press recently as wanting to return to Belgium in favour of a move - loan or otherwise - to Celtic.
They are both Pozzo signings and seen as ones they can sell on for a profit so they won't want to let either go easily.. Mind you we payed 6 million for Oulare!
The way QSF failed to integrate these players either during our post xmas slump or post safety probably sealed his fate. The players sell on value are crucial to the Pozzo model and they were losing that hand over fist. I think we'll see a lot more of them this coming season.

I don't think so as our academy was upgraded to a category 2 in March 2015 and, as far as I'm aware, we've not applied for category 1 status since.
This game looks as if it could boil over at any moment. Hope he is not too close to the action if it does.
