The drop in attendance for our last session in the pl had only one reason imho. My season ticket jumped from just under £400 to over £500. That was the year we were punished for the first name change failure. Once people stop going, they're hard to get back. The quality of the league doesn't matter when you're actively attacking the fan base. I'm surrised the attendance stayed as high as it did.
Are you ok? Seriously, if you want to talk about it... you know I may be able to help given my experience of severe mental health difficulties Not too long ago, you were trying to tempt me to ****ing Brentford when I was sulking about the regime Rise above Dennis
Now Premier league footy assured, empty KC seats will once again be filled by plastics and a few on here. It's their rightful place you know.. Bruce IN OUT IN OUT shake it all about.
I've been on Flying Dog Raging Bitch in Henry Yeast this afternoon, followed by Birra Morretti and Remy Martin Cognac I'm off out on the piss now
You don't want to pull any drinking muscles! If this ****ing taxi doesn't get here quick I'll have to 'stretch' again!
In the 70s I went to Wembley to see England play. I went in a bar in the ground and ordered a beer and I saw them fiddling around and I was sure they were pouring the dregs into pint glasses so I asked them to draw me one from the tap. The bar maid said: "Do you want one or not?". I walked out. I've never bought anything from Wembley inside or from the stalls outside since as I'm not confident of the quality. I got to Wembley at 12.30 and I don't drink at all nowadays. Me and the wife went to Coast and Coast in the shopping/restaurant complex and had starters and main course and drinks (coffee/tea/water) for £80. I'd rather do that than spend £8 on a burger or hot dog outside. If I go to the KC I'm happy with a fish, patty and chips takeaway because I trust the quality. The important thing obviously was to ensure I could focus on the match. City bossed the match and all their chances were reasonable attempts except Robertson's. Sheffield may have took more fans but there's lots of reasons for that. I'm glad for the fans who went to the match and enjoyed the experience. I'm also glad for the fans who didn't go to the match but watched it on TV and enjoyed the game and result. There's so many things that can happen during the summer. Let's hope they are for the better.
I did post some photos inside the ground just before kick-off but I've got to get my priorities right in future. Maybe I was confused. I've been to two restaurants this weekend and not been served anything on a plate - it's all wood nowadays.
What is it with you n Taxis You was getting impatient when you went to the beer festival and it was late. Have a good night and hope we have new owners soon.
You mean the ones they put chips in? Hopeless! You put salt on and it only goes on the top 4 chips, so you've got to tip it out onto the plank, and because the plank is flat they all fall over the edge onto a table that was probably last wiped with a Ukrainian waiters underpants! Give me chips wrapped in an old Sports Mail anytime!
Peter !!! Id LOG a complaint if i was you. Getting served food on wood is wrong. Havent theyTWIGGED that yet.??
