It's orgasims all round on Tyneside, the new messiah has signed up all is well with the great unwashed in the CHAMPIONSHIP.
A little greay spick in charge of some championship club. Followed by loads of orcs who love to dine on horse throats. Nah. The amount of ****s given is ZERO..
First saw them back in about 1978'ish and have seen them 3 times in the last few years and they've been brilliant each time. Love the insult. Good and original and a bit left field.
Good tune - I was thinking 'Please Don't Go' by K. C. And The Sunshine Band - 'we are blessed to be managed by someone as wonderful as you.'
His record so far is excellent. The Mags brought him in to keep them up - he took them down. We got Sam in to keep us up - he kept us up. Couldn't beat us, Villa or Norwich, all in the bottom four
Something the mags may not realise is that Rafa has no experience in the championship. Someone like Warnock would be better for them as he knows how to get teams promoted. At first I thought Rafa staying was good news for them lot but the more I think about it the more pitfalls I can see.
Warnock Look how many crap managers have been promoted from that crap league: Alex Neal Nigel Pearson Steve Bruce Malky McKay Chris Hughton Brian McDermott Ian Holloway Nigel Adkins You hardly have to be made of special stuff to manage in the Championship. People talk as if you need a squad full of warriors and a manager akin to Thor to get promotion from that league, it's absolute nonsense, it's a worse league, with worse managers and worse players.
As soon as a big job comes up that he's being considered for he'll be off, if this happens in the next year, and you can imagine he'll be linked to most jobs that become availible, then it will be a matter of having to go to plan B and see who they can get mid season. I don't buy into the idea that experience of managing in the championship is vital to do well there so think Rafa will at the very least have them there or there abouts for promotion next year providing he doesn't find a better offer. The players they have at the minute though I'm not convinced they'll be up for the Tuesday nights in places like Preston, Rotherham and Burton, Benitez might have to clear some ****e before he can build a team to get out of that league.
That very well may be the case, but now their owner has him tied to a 3 year contract, probably on wedge, so he's gonna get paid... he's laughing now.
No Need to worry guys! Even on other Mackem Forums you guys are all talking about us, look at the amount of comments on some of these. please log in to view this image #obsessed #NeighbourEnvy #StillTheBiggestClubInTheNE #FATSHAM #NoMedalsFor17th #inbred #PinkSeats #StadiumOfSh!te #SMB #5under1and
