To save face he put on his second string who pulled one back but still lost 3-1.
This was the greatest disaster since Godzilla ate Japan!

 

Fair play. I bet the Aussies found it odd though that an Englishman was celebrating with them.

In the previous England games hosted at the SoL against Belgium and Turkey, you could buy the tickets at the ticket office once the England membership had been given first choice.

 

So who won then?

 

They both lost. England won the game but got 7 players sent off after the final whistle and forfeited the match.

They were sent off for scrapping with a bloke in the crowd who was heard saying "Do you knorwho ayam?"

 

It turned out to be TigerRoo weilding his zimmer.

I went up there for a cup game the season the extension opened, v Everton I think, just to check it out.
