    Well this is cheery!
Any chance we can talk about transfer rumours rather than if we like our manager or nort?

Bamford coming in on a permanent is being mentioned.
    What would people think?

I know he did well at Boro when on loan, but did nothing to impress at Palace of with us really. Still young though, and a good season with us in a developed side may work out,

The negativity on here for the side favorites to go down, and did so, with only a game to spare. Is pretty funny.

I don't want him. He was pretty useless.

Latest potty rumour doing the rounds which I heard this morning from a customer of mine who does a lot of work for Jake Humphrey and Johnny Howson.
McNally left because the Stowmarket Two have been talking to a certain Mr Lambert with a view to his re-appointment as manager ! <doh>

Is this the time to call up some of the F.A. Cup Youth Winners like Josh Murphy ad Harry Toffolo and engender some real empathy with the City. If Redmond would have been part of that team we would never have played him, at least not as often as we did.

It wasn't Bamford's fault it was the fans for not clapping loud enough.

Absolutely let the youngsters in, there's some brilliant players out there on loan.

I'll admit to being excited about what Maddison can bring to the team. The raves he was getting were pretty emphatic about his potential. Our Dele Ali?

We can but hope, the bit part he has played for Cov this season suggests he has a way to go before he plays for us, let alone regularly. Lets keep those sort of sky high expectations in check for a season or two.

    Bah!

Sums up the desperation for me.

The lads not even played at Championship level yet so I'm not getting overly excited about him coming and making a real difference.

Same for Carlton Morris and the Murphy's.

They are exciting prospects but as for any of them coming in and being a game changer I don't think they are there yet. Almost certainly if we sell Redmond they should not be loaned (Murphy's) out again though if we cannot find a replacement.

Hoolahan traditionally does well in the Championship as we have to play attacking football so it suits him. I think even as we are at the moment we would be a force in the Championship as long as we play attacking football.

We have the same problems though. We need a quality CB or 2 if Klose leaves and a striker.

I'd disagree about Carlton Morris and Josh Murphy. Both have played at Championship level and both performed well at their respective loan clubs. I think they were both the top scorers in struggling teams, imagine what they could do when provided with more opportunities in one of the top sides in the division.

That thought came to my mind. he is the king of young, potential and exciting unknown that we need to add a bit of buzz to the crowd.
