Might be a weird way of looking at it but we usually do well bouncing back from showers of ****e. So i'm just glad this came just before the final.
Let's just say, if we get promoted there'll be a fair few matches i'm skipping on the end of season DVD. Having seen most the games i put in my post, i should expect this team can be appalling at times. But i really thought we'd turned it around after Saturday.
I have mates too who followed Hull City all their lives mostly though **** times when we could only dream of seeing City at Wembley. Sadly the ones I speak of are no longer here. They would have given their right arms for just a sniff of the times fans of Hull City have enjoyed over the last 10 years or so. How a City fan cannot contemplate going to Wembley to support Hull City is beyond me.
I know of at least 10 who went to Torkey away every season and the like who arent interested in going and, as I said, it's Allam's fault. When the man in charge of the club behaves in the way he has its quite easy to not want to go. I cannot contemplate how someone wants to line the pockets of our owner but there you go. Different strokes and all that.
owners change but fans don`t, i can understand your point of view but for me i just want to be there to cheer my team on and be part of our growing history
I heard he was approached by a charity to see if he'd donate his old clothes to support famine relief. Seemingly he said no, because if they can wear my clothes, they can't be starving.
Q.. How would you like to pay for the Go Outdoor, Spritzer jacket , that goes over your suit, Mr Bruce...( A).. I'll pay by parachute payment..Of course.
The guy who confronted Keogh has been named and shamed all over the internet ... Hope this is OK to post ... Allegedly He has been in allot of trouble before attacking an old lady and also a gent in his 90's http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/OAP-S-RELIEF-BREAK-THUG-GETS-7-YEARS/story-11955576-detail/story.html
I dont know the guy - thankfully - but I suspect rather than being 'named and shamed' he's probably loving the profile and attention. The ****, him.
If it is who they say, presumably the club will ban him? Although I never understood how those bans can be properly policed.
As ever, Meyler will divide opinion. As normal, I thought he made a significant contribution. Got about the pitch , played some one two's , got us forward a bit. Seriously don't think we would have held out if he hadn't come on. That seemed to be the general opinion of people calling in afterwards but a lot will always criticise Meyler for his weakneeses rather than seeing all he brings to the team.
I'm sick of hearing about this guy on the pitch, you'd think he was more important than the game. As if no idiot has come on the pitch at the end of a football game anywhere before and shouted at some player/staff. If he's banned good, at most grounds they probably just get away with it unless it gets on the media. Coins being thrown at players at other grounds probably gets less publicity than this just because it's harder to see on TV.
Glad he may go back to prison. He looks a cock and could do with knocking out. Prays on the elderly what a low life piece of ****. I bet he wouldn't know what to do if confronted by someone his age and size.
