Sevilla are not better than Manchester United: they failed to get out of the group stage of Champion League.
true. also not good away so.... are villareal better or are sevilla just having an inconsistent year and focusing on cups like us. they are in europa final and copa del rey final... we got to league cup final and europa final but are 8th... turn the question aorund... we are no better than them are we..
Yeah, having been out for what, a month or more, I would imagine he'd make the bench rather than starting. Really good news he's an option though
I expect the side that started against Chelsea to start against Jimmy Saville. Options off the bench, Bentekers, Origi, Hendo, Allen.. I expect Skrtel and Ward to take the other spots, Could see a young'en take the final spot, he'll most likely plump for Ibe. Stating the bleeding obvious, but I expect everything we have to be left out on the pitch tomorrow!

I'd perosnally need 3 subs i could really rely on on that bench. issues: 1. toure. hes pulled up what 5/6 times this season. we need a CB there and that'll have to be skertl.. worst luck 2. CM: do you pick henderson or Lucas? you need that choice to be clear. Lucas offers an alternative to skertl 3. CM: allen. he won't start but is no 1 sub IMO. nobody else deserves it. 4. GK: bogdan or ward... who's travelled? have both? 5. which forwards do you pick? bentek, origi or both 6. with sceond line forward do you pick.. ibe.. would you try origi on one side if an injury occurs? 7. what full back option do you go with.. need one. smith? In the end 22 travelled I saw ojo and randall in that so my view would be those two miss out on 18 along with one keeper... so one other gets dissappointed.
****e, forgot about Lucas.. He def. makes the bench! No Ibe in that case then, regardless of how poor he's been this year, his goals record is 10+, Benteke gets in ahead of Ibe. Wards has travelled, a lot of the youngsters have also travelled, by they only get a game if the guys expected to start/make the bench pick up a knock in training! Bench I think will be: Ward, Skrtel, Lucas, Allen, Hendo, Benteke and Origi Flanno isn't in the EL Squad nor is Ings I believe..
I agree, and that's a good bench. If Studge is having an off day then Origi will be sharp enough imo. Same with Kolo if he's knackered then Lucas is an option at CB.
yes.. I'd say that the thing about a final is its a game for the old heads at times. Ibe.. well... with a 4231 I could see any injury to the 3 of coutinho frimno lallan see milner move up and allen come on. would you rather an origi on the bench or an ibe.. It does look to lack the option but.... well the first 11 have the options playing.... The think it does seem to lack is a full back option. Again. milner to RB.. clyne to LB in case? would you say ok lucas or skertl at CB and smith as full back? then it goes back to is henderson actually fit enough... Klopp will earn his corn i reckon making these picks as i can't.
Sevilla's two Europa League triumphs mean nothing, says Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp insists Sevilla's two successive Europa League titles mean nothing ahead of this year's final on Wednesday. The Reds flew to Basel on Monday to prepare for their final game of the season against Sevilla, who beat Benfica in 2014 and Dnipro in 2015 to win the competition. Sevilla are preparing for successive finals, with the Copa del Rey conclusion against Barcelona on Sunday, and Klopp believes it could make a "big difference". http://www.skysports.com/football/n...mean-nothing-says-liverpool-boss-jurgen-klopp
How do you call this one? There is very little difference in terms of actual talent between the teams. Sevilla have not really performed to anything like their potential since their 2-1 away win in Bilbao last month. Bilbao turned them over in the return leg and were very unlucky to go out on penalties. Bilbao, imo, are the better footballing team. I believe Liverpool to be a slightly better team than Bilbao so on that basis Liverpool should win. I suspect Sevilla will let you have the bulk of possession and will invite Liverpool on to them so they can strike on the counter. Furthermore, Liverpool are much better than last season, two more wins (losing to Southamton after being 2-0 up being one game that was lost, and I am sure you can count a few more) and you would have finished 5th, where you should have. Sevilla, on the other hand have regressed slightly. Finally, when it comes to a big European night, Liverpool perform well so a Liverpool win. 2-1, Sevilla squeaking a goal in the last 10 minutes to give you the "squeaky bum time feel."
