Poor Ponders, crawled out his deathbed to keep the GC community up to speed with his ever improving condition as a lot of folk were understandably worried that one of the most popular Not606ers hadn't been on much of late...

.... only for the grotesque fenian, *****Ger, to harangue and bully the handsome Addick due to insecurities over his own standing on GC.

I can see another PM being sent to the site owner.

    DO IT BARRIE!

I'm close to calling a gang meeting, like in The Warriors.

    Something MUST be done.

   . An instant tonic, PP.

I managed a bowl of Shreddies and a coffee earlier, and I even walked my youngest to school, so it looks as though I'm finally turning the corner.

Thank you for the support, guys. It means the world to me.

The human body is conditioned to store fat for emergencies, this is often concentrated around the liver. During times of severe food shortage the body makes use of this fat store and is most likely the reason for weight loss of up to 7lbs noted by many crash dieters. Once this fat has been used up more solid fat distributed around the body is harder to get rid off, often the cause of dieters giving up after two or three weeks as they can't see a repeat of their first week's good results.

Fat loss combined with severe dehydration due to copious amounts of hurl and brown water may be the reason for Ponders' dramatic weight loss.

Glad to hear you are on the mend and have stopped sh*tting your ring.

The "Rebel scum " correction was the last in a long line of comments that make me wish you were dead.

Norovirus was nowhere near as bad when I had it, but I presume your infirmities mean it hits you harder. It was still pretty nasty, though. Worse ****s I've ever had were caused by salmonella. The stomach cramps were awful, too. I wouldn't wish it on either of my worst enemies (my sister-in-law's fiance and some arsehole on the estate whose dog always goes for mine).

Glad to hear you're getting better, anyway <ok>

In March I caught Gastroenteritis from visiting my brother in hospital. Like you I had the non stop ****s and vomiting. I lost a stone and a half in a week !
I then got a chest infection which the antibiotics couldn't clear ! I couldn't eat at all as damaged my intestines and I had to take vitamin supplements.
It took me till 2 weeks ago to be well.
I wouldn't wish gastroenteritis on anyone and I sympathise with you.
Try to keep the weight off as long term you will benefit :)
I have kept the weight off and have joined a gymn and have now lost 2 stone

****'s happened to you? You've turned into a right nasty piece of work. Did Precious turn out to be a honey trap and her Somolian family steal all your money?
