Wes lives over in the north west in WAG land. I don't see him commuting west to east everyday for his coaching badges. I really appreciate his services to the club but he's served his contract, so thanks and best wishes.
with a lot of players leaving we will be in for a busy summer. I think we will see 5/7 players come in. I would love us to go for M'Vila Klose (Norwich CB) Yedlin Ayew (Swansea) Also It would be nice if Sam had his eye on a few more hidden gems like Kone, Kirchoff & kazari I think SA will be looking for a target man upfront as well. I wouldn't be suprised if he goes for Carroll
It would be highly unlikely that he would need to do his coaching badges, at Sunderland. I suppose he could and would use us on his assessments for his exams, but the course itself could be anywhere in the country, it would be his choice where he done his training. I actually think he would be a great coach, technically he's the best defender I've ever seen at Sunderland. He has a great reading and understanding of the game, if he has the ability of getting his message across clearly, then I would be all for giving him a coaching role...
That has to be Vincent Janssen for me, at AZ Alkmaar... He would be perfect for us, he's 6ft, is a strong lad and knows where the net is. Still only 21 as well! He would have a perfect mentor for a year or 2, in Defoe, who would also take the pressure and expectation from him for the first year. I don't care that he plays in the Dutch league, he's good enough to go elsewhere.
That's the problem, I assume you're talking about Wes Brown here... he's thick as **** mind, he was just naturally brilliant, not a lot going on in the old canister though. Students of the game, tend to make the best coaches... like you say it's the ability to deliver the instructions rather than being able to do it yourself.
Apparently our priorities are a Striker, Attacking Midfielder, Central Defender and a Right Back and also secure the services of M'Vila.
What about Bony from Man City - don`t know if he`s big enough to play as a target man alongside Deffo - he hasn`t played all season, can`t see PG wanting him - he could come here, get a regular game and score a fair few playing in a typical Allardyce team?
Have to break the clubs transfer record fee. (Which isnt that much for a team that has been in the prem for 9 straight seasons). So is he worth it?
There are quite a few that we need to look to get rid of, Brown, Vergini, Coates, Buckley, Bridcutt, Rodwell, Larson and Lens. That lot are either not interested, past it or just not quite at the level that we should be looking at if we want to avoid relegation fights, I'd keep O'Shea as cover for another year but I'd hope we can get another centre half in to be the 3rd choice. As for signings M'Villa has to be the priority, sign him up as I don't think we could hope to find anyone better, If Yedlin is available for a decent price I'd be happy for us to take a chance on him hoping that he continues to improve. We need another centre half or ideally someone who can cover a full back position as well, not sure who he'll go for but would think it likely that he'll look to take someone on the cheap from europe as there aren't many stand out candidates domestically. An attacking midfielder is something that we've not had for a long time and if Sam can find one who wants to come we should be going all out for them. Another wide player to keep Borini and Khazri on their toes along with Watmore, not sure we should be spending big on someone like Ayew though, no doubt he's a good player but the big money is more needed elsewhere imo. We need at least one striker and I'd love to think we could get a big signing in up front, I know it might be a bit unrealistic but I'd love to see us go after Benteke at Liverpool, I just think big Sam could get a tune out of him. After all of that maybe a couple of versatile squad players would be nice just to bulk the team up a bit.
I don't think that would suit our tactics though... It would mean one of them would have to play out wide, which I wouldn't want to see either of them doing. Or, we would have to change our style of play to 4-4-2 to accommodate him? Bony will more than likely be off to another Champions League club, he won't be short of offers. Probably a little out of our reach. *Defoe*
Bony's probably on about £100k a week at City as well, he'll probably go out on loan somewhere next season for that reason I'd imagine.

Author of a very good season with Nice , middle Nampalys Mendy (23 years) has a sound output of one year from the end of his contract. And the Riviera captain is already the subject of several requests. Wolfsburg, West Ham , Southampton and Sunderland have already expressed their interest in the French international hopes . If starting N'Golo Kanté Leicester City, Mendy would also be the priority of the club champion of England , where his former Monaco coach Claudio Ranieri 's particularly appreciate .
