    DENNISBOOTHSTASH:
I mailed that Clive Betts MP who was heading the debate. Got an automated response but heard nothing since.
They don't really care unless it effects them.

It look like Wembley didn't open the upper tier(s) from the photo I saw today. Maybe it's a trend?

That's why I bothered mentioning the reply I got. I was surprised
I do think that emailing local MPs is useful though. In the same way that Betts can't really communicate with you your own MPs have to

I grew up going to watch City with my brother. We had some great times doing crazy away drives (13 hours in traffic to get to Exeter to see Lee Sharpe take us apart was a favourite) and followed the Tigers avidly. Eight years ago I moved to Sydney, and the last game I watched was the Play-off final - amazing times.

I spoke to my brother on Skype on Sunday morning and was really excited to talk about City, he said he wasn't really bothered, had heard it was 3-0 but wasn't going to watch the 2nd leg or go to Wembley. He said he was just so alienated by the Allams that he had lost all interest, and was no longer encouraging his 3 kids' support of City.

Is it really that bad across the whole of fandom?

Where in Sydney? I lived in Kirrawee( Sutherland shire) for 30 years and have relatives scattered around various suburbs of Sydney.
