Sorry, but this is total garbage The club claim to have 'learned from their mistakes'?! How exactly - two seasons ago our defence was dodgy / shambolic / unreliable. (delete as appropriate), resulting in relegation. So what's any different this year? It's been worse, if anything. So what the hell have they "learned", exactly? http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/...es_and_building_for_a_quick_return_1_4532929?
Our top scorer two seasons ago was Hooper (8), this season Mbokani (7 so far). Mistakes from two seasons ago corrected this term - nah !!!!!
One of the greatest managers of all time - hardly the greatest analogy, is it. Incidentally, I appear to have voted 'get rid' when I meant the opposite (probably the DTs). Just thought I'd take the opportunity to clear that up (although I can't actually change it). I don't wish to be in the same group as ColWho Mike! I certainly don't think he should go at this time. (AN I mean - mike can go asap )
I still say keep him. I do think, if we did what we did last time, and put parachute money towards keeping our key players to get us back up. We need to get rid of a lot of deadwood. Then our signings need to be a lot more intelligent and ambitious. I don't think the signings can be blamed on AN totally. There's a scouting team and team in recruitment. They have been pretty terrible the last few seasons. I think1 signing in 5 or 6 is a decent one. That's not good enough for a side who can't afford to waste money. I want to see us push hard to keep our key players. Clear out the deadwood. Introduce more of our young players to the squad ( I think An will be good with them) and then make a hand full of signings who will come in and be straight away first team players. We need 1 or 2 CBs, we need 1 or 2 strikers, I think we need a creative midfielder who can take free-kicks and corners (As I mentioned, I like Judge) We probably need a young RB. I think Pinto in the championship would be ok, we need a 2nd choice. Unless Efete can step up to challenge. I hear he has very decent potential. I think AN can get us back up. There are obvious things that need sorting out, but I don't think they are all in his hands, or in his job description.
I think Pearson is good shout for you lot. The only slightly bitter note for me personally is you guys going down too. I know certain posters on here haven't lived up to your friendly nature in recent weeks but I can see why it's dog eat dog in football. I still wish you all the best in coming back up!
Just read this on the EDP website - http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic..._norwich_city_s_premier_league_exit_1_4532095. Lete's hope he's a fast learner then and see what he can do in say the first dozen or so games!!!!
"There's only one Alex Neil"!!!! I wish there were two we might have got a decent one then. This guy has no idea what to do, and it seems the team are not behind him! Everyone carried away by the Watford result . Today we are playing a team with no form again, doing what we did against Newcastle, Villa etc, just can't see what Alex Neil is doing or has to offer this club!
At least we hold the record for most penalties conceded and least given .For one (1) against ten (10). Against a team that has only won one less game than ourselves. I voted to keep him but I have changed my mind get rid of him and his clueless sidekicks.
Hello all have not been on for a while. Col u Mike........is that tw@t back??. Thought we had got rid of him. I say AN will do ok in the championship. Give him a go. We need to keep Kloser if at all possible and Brady, but need a goal scorer and another quality CB like we need oxygen. One thing though CR will still be full next season, unlike our friends down the A140.
Listen mate, the truth is you boys deserved to stay up. You played as you had to play and stuck together as a team. The thing that sticks in my throat is that I posted a near identical reply last time we went down and you stayed up. It seems we never learn. Oh well I will be there again next season. Good Luke to you, you deserve it
Give him a go!!!!!!!!! Christ he's had enough goes, this last result against a poor poor Everton team just shows him in his true light.
