Ben Gallop called it a new deal on the BBC Sport Editors Blog. This deal is poor show for the many viewers of the BBC who have been dealt a very bad hand.
I have responded to Gallop's blog. My comment is number 664 and is currently in a giant queue awaiting moderation. Genji's comment was somewhere on page 4 but unfortunately has been hidden.

Sounds about right for the BBC. I think I may have called Murdoch "unethical" and "disgraceful". I expect the BBC doesn't want to upset him.
I have decided to go with BT Vision instead of SKY and Virgin Media. http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayTopic.do?topicId=27470 It will be Sky Sports 1 and 2 for £17.40 a month and along with my existing Phone and Broadband it should be altogether around £80 for all my BT Services every 3 months. I did't want to go with Sky and pay that wrinkly bastard Murdoch me and my missus's well earned cash!
Murdoch. But I didn't want to go with his company, Sky. I think some fans will buy sky sports, but not with Sky hopefully. Virgin and BT seem the best options.
Martin Whitmarsh - "We have to try and maintain the show, work harder, try and reach out to fans, listen to them, we'll continue doing that, hopefully we can all work together to make the sport much bigger." Clearly, contrary to what Martin Whitmarsh is quoted as saying, F1 isn't listening to it's fans.
I doubt my opinion will see light of day either. I made references to the state of this country, its establishment, the Police, the government and my increasingly serious consideration to emigrate!
myp2p.com it is then. As for Turdoch, surely his owning of sky is 'proceeds of crime' and should be confiscated under british law?
I believe it is of paramount importance that the full race be aired on Free to View. What Whitmarsh is quoted as saying is better than it sounded earlier today. However, there is a strong tactic in this country, of painting a black picture which appears to 'get better' in order to become something the public will swallow, as opposed to something which gradually becomes worse. That said, we have experienced the latter with this very thing, having recently been promised that things would be better!
I wont be buying into the Sky Joke to get F1, ill watch the races on streams and the rest on BBC. Shame on this whole situation a joke for F1, and i hope FOTA and the teams see what this is doing to the average joe soap viewers.
