That goes to show just what a miracle big fat Sam has pulled off. Probably the biggest football story of the year this. It deserves a movie imo.
The PL and other clubs will be disappointed if we don't go up. They wanted the bigger city of Hull in the PL with the larger crowds and vociferous travelling support rather than Dunderland's handful of sit down shut up types.
For someone who doesn't go to games, you spend an awful lot of time criticising the support of those who do.
For someone who didn't go when things were at their worst, like some of us did, you should keep quiet about others.
I went when things were bad but not now when things are good. You of course bailed out when things were bad but have jumped back on board, busily advising everyone else what they should think, where they should sit (until that proved to be a complete Horlicks) and thinking you are a spokesman.
Oooo, do tell more. I'm interested in this revelation. For the record I never stopped going 'when we were bad'. I went to both our games with the lowest attendance ever for a competitive game and the lowest league attendance ever. I just stopped going when our owner started been ****.
Was it a non original lambrettan who once wrote he stopped going for years until clambering back on board in 1998?
