    What? <laugh>

So you reckon they are entitled to arrive late when they knew it would be a bigger deal than usual around the stadium tonight.<whistle>

Its always referred to as Upton Park but it's actual name is Boleyn ground. Guess because it's last game they're just being official and as they're talking about the actual ground maybe been told to refer to its proper name.

Does seem to be a massive hoo-har over it being last game though. Can't remember this much fuss when over clubs moved, not even Arsenal!

    Basically two things

    A) the bus got damaged at 7:30 right outside the ground

    B) Utd were already late before it occured.

So..... have you guys ever seen Utd bus turn up at Anfield any time where any amount of fans could give them a shout... nope. I've not.

They've turned up way too late when the entire street is packed with fans.

No excuse though for said idiots as they clearly had gear to throw at the bus... looks like some paint and at least two rocks.

Sullivan is outraged his fans will now miss the post match shows.

And the extra time club employees have to stay after the game, people maybe stranded in London overnight because they'll miss the last train etc.
Man U should be docked 5 points and forfeit tonight's game 3-0. <whistle>

And it it's true that W Ham fans attacked the coach then they should NEVER be allowed to play at that ground again.

Harsh but I'll put it in my report.

We will have to punish them somehow. Prob sell of parts of stadium to pay for the bus.

West Ham co-Chairman David Sullivan speaking to 5 live: "It is depressing really, it will be a late night for our fans and some of them won't be able to stay. I don't understand why United couldn't get here at 4pm. They could have got here early. They knew it would be busy. It's crazy.

"There was congestion in the street and they couldn't get the coach in. There were people around the coach, but there was no attack on the coach.

"If you check the coach there won't be any damage to it. If we arrived late at Old Trafford they wouldn't put the kick-off back."

West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan speaking to Sky Sports:

"I think the Police and officials have been kind, I would make them kick off at 7.45 if it was up to me. Manchester United know the score, they should have been here at four o'clock.

"I'm worried about the supporters. We had a wonderful show planned and some won't be able to stay now."

"I am about 100 yards from the main entrance to the ground, what makes this evening unusual is the sheer number of supporters outside the ground.. The key thing is many want to be here to be part of the atmosphere.

"Right outside the ground was the Manchester United coach and it was stuck, it wasn't going anywhere. There were about 10 police vans in front of it and it was surrounded by a sea of fans. I didn't see any bottles being thrown then, I watched for a couple of minutes, but I have seen videos on social media of a couple of bottles being thrown.

"Most fans standing around were gesturing and singing, to say the bus was being attacked I think is something of an exaggeration."
