I like the table above. Only 4 teams experienced being bottom. Dag & Red were in the bottom 3 ALL season apart from just 14 days. Thats got to be painful. With us just 20 days in the top 3 and each of those 20 days were in 3rd. Not once did we experience top or 2nd and yet we got automatic promotion. Plymouth though 212 days in the top 3 and they missed out. Thats crazy. Wycombe were in the top half the season all season. Apart from the last day of the season where they finished 13th. Bit like us 2 years back, not falling into the relegation zone all season until the last day!
I dont know about him but im glad its worked out the way it has. I dont think my blood pressure could take the play offs again. Just think where we would be now if Puddy got sent off at Wembley and we lost in 90 minutes? I think we would be still in non league now! But instead we are now a league 1 team.
