I am not a violent man so probably just a verbal tirade is more likely. Bottling and glassing are too cowardly for me........ Oh...... If he is ther I won't miss the opportunity.... But won't be able to prove it.
So you agree that the protesters have nothing to do with putting off prospective buyers but all of our owners previous and current have
I'm not 100% on all the politics in this and not really interested but, as I see it, the club owes a lot of money, doesn't own it's own ground and is in hock (in some way) to GFH (?). The club isn't doing too well in the league (not the fault of the players entirely) and currently has little prospect of improving next season unless something drastic occurs. I believe that the club is over financed, owes more than it is currently worth. Seriously, where are you going to find someone to buy it? It's not exactly a bargain, is it?
Protesters won't be putting off buyers in the slightest, they will possibly draw attention to the fact that we might be available for sale, I believe where a buyer could be concerned they would have a positive impact. Fans unhappy protesting, new buyer comes in and they are like a knight in shining armour. Now where this buyer is, is another matter. Protesting in a non violent manner, no harm where buyers looking are concerned, that was just an old chestnut used by Bates.
