And? You don't give bans on the damage done, you give it on the basis of the foul. It was a 50/50, both went in high and Stephens won the ball then just caught him.

Yeah looks horrible damage, but does that mean if you win a clean tackle but break someones leg it's a red card? Of course not..

How can you break someone's leg with a clean challenge you bell end? <laugh>

It was a studs up challenge that ended up with the lad going off on a stretcher it was therefore a dangerous challenge by definition.

Not even going to dignify that with a response if you seriously think that is true.

You can't respond with anything that would make sense you mean.

    Gotcha ;)

So what you're saying is, no one in the history of football has been injured during a fair tackle. Got ya <ok>

No, I'm saying that leaving an open wound on an opponents shin that sees him leave the field on a stretcher, where you've gone in with your studs, is a red card offence, and not a fair challenge.

    Ergo, you're talking balls :)

Sorry I thought it was a contact sport... if you win the ball then catch man on follow through that's just part of the game. Need to man up. People get injured, but every injury doesn't mean its a bad tackle <ok>

No it isn't if it involves your studs on his shin <laugh>

He smashed him and it was therefore a red card. Get over it.

If I get to the ball first and then leave my leg straight and it snaps your shin in 2, is that a fair challenge?

Looks like Norwich are done for ... 2pts off safety with 2 games left, not irreversible but I don't fancy them to escape now plus I always said it would be them and one of Newcs / Sunds ... name yourselves after a bird that died in mines though and you're asking to spend all your time digging deeper holes

James Wilson is an atrocious footballer. If United think he's going to save their season next year they need to worry. The guys first touch is up their with Andy Carrolls
