the West Ham owner says he knows what's behind Leicester's success. Penalties and no injuries, Lady Luck he says. Bitter much?

Anyone who says injuries is purely down to luck loses their credibility straight away, maybe West Ham should realise there is such thing as sports science and good medical teams to prevent injuries or not signing crocks. He was also a complete tool in the media earlier in the season bad mouthing Charlie Austin. I'm really glad our owners stick to behind the scenes running the club and don't embarrass themselves and the club in the media like Sullivan does

He is, and always has been a right knob head. About as trustworthy as the Daily Mail. The mute button is incredibly useful.

    Always someone ain't there ?
Luck play's a roll in all Sports and even it's self out over time. We didn't have many injuries ,no, it wasn't any ones fault. Atleast we've paid for our own Stadium.

We haven't had many injuries and I've argued this with my big club mates who say it's luck. I think we haven't had many because we look after our players properly, we adjust the length of training sessions if the pitches are too hard or soft and work very hard to make sure our best 11 are always available

The teams like arsenal we are plagued with the same injuries each season and hamper and stifle the development of young players is not bad luck it's bad managment, players like oxlade havnt developed one bit there cause he's got a muscle injury for most the season.

Exactly, sports science and good medical teams. Maybe buying players who have the mentality to play through pain. Vardy had a broken wrist for weeks and had to have an operation. Many a 'big name' player like Sturridge would have been out for weeks and that would be classed as a bad luck injury. Just because Vardy plays through the pain it doesn't mean we haven't got an injury, that's the difference

Just because we have stayed away from any long term injuries and had 11 pens, doesn't mean you will finish 1st. What a bell end!!

Luck plays a very small part in injuries, some injuries will happen but you can limit the impact and lower the probability of injuries through sports science and a proper medical department which we have. In the past we have signed players which a history of injuries but always managed to get them fit and playing.

no hes right, and giving away his magazines free to the players has no connection with the number of wrist injuries they have suffered this year.
you don't need all this science and medical mubojumbo after all whats wrong with the players going to the local nhs doctor and waiting two weeks for an appointment . And Susan Whelan is the now the most successful women in the premiere League
