http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36181696 LvG rubbishes reports that Mourinho is on his way to OT and claims "You will see me here next season". Your board are almost as insane as Arsenals
Meh. After seeing how badly City's title challenge fizzled after Pellegrini revealed he is out in the summer, LVG is hardly going to turn around and torpedo Utd's season in the same way. Although I do worry that if he gets top four and wins the cup that might just be enough to convince the board to give him another season. Didn't Moyes keep insisting he was going to be there for the next season, even after the board had communicated to him that he was out as soon as missing top four was mathematically certain?
he is still not out of top4 .. still FA cup final .. you think board would had told him you will be leaving !!!? what else you believe in? superman exist? there is actually Santa?
Keep LVG or not keep LVG ......lesser of two evils it seems . I would want to give him another season to enhance a run now that he has his " Learning " stage done . Just an opinion so please , keep the attacks down to a dull roar .
I think they should give him 5 more seasons. A new contract too, and another £150m to spend......definitely Same with Wenger at arsenal too.
Tell you what, if we get fourth (and get to play in the CL) and win the FA cup then I would give him another season. There, I said it.
There , now that wasn't that hard . All I'm saying is he has a good young team assembled and time in trying to understand it . As a fan of another Premier League club , I hope LVG is sacked so United can start over again . I really do think a LVG team next season will be a dangerous team , whether there is a LVG team next season is another thing .
I've got a pair of those. £2.99 at Matalan, they look so cool. I reckon I could manage United with those on.
We're not going to though are we so it's irrelevant?!?! My reasoning is that the likes of Koeman and Pochettino would have another season honing their undoubted skills and we look to get someone like them after another year of van Gaal, instead of the default option of call in Mourinho. I'm thinking long term and another year of van Gaal wouldn't have been the end of the world. For that to happen though he would need to deliver champions league football AND the FA cup and right now I very much doubt he'll achieve either.
