There's a copy of it in the British Library - as with all thesies that have been accepted for Higher Awards. But it's 20 years out of date and would probably not be accepted as an unqualified reference. Why would you want to read it? Like most academic papers it's only really of any use as a stimulous for other academics to test their own ideas.
