The love in with Diame has to stop…!! and if you were trying to win the game, why would you throw Diamonde on for the last 3 minutes and take off Akpom…
Overall a good game, fell asleep for their free kick and then never got back in position for their first goal. Sloppy closing down for their second, but we had enough chances to win it comfortably.
We're there 727,000 from Leeds there? Or did the 2,500 from there make more noise than our larger numbers? Mind you, most supporters make more noise than ours. When did FC and KR start being superior to Leeds? After that massacre at Wembley?
Hong Kong show all games on Star Sports, which is Rupert Murdoch's Asian satellite service. It shows all the PL games live, but all other televised games are exactly the same as the ones shown on Sky here. The commentary is in English.
The away fans always make more noise than the home fans, including when we played Leeds away (at least until we completely fell apart).
We just need to beat teams like that , why can't we finish them off ? Individually they don't have a player who would get in our team but they have much more fighting spirit than some of ours
Thought overall we deserved to win and you should do when you score two goals at home how ever bad marking for both goals cost us also some bad decision making going forward stopped us scoring more. We will have to tighten up for the play offs but I enjoyed the game and atmosphere. With Derby drawing as well it means we are still in fourth position which is very important for getting that second leg at home in play offs
Not of asking people to explain utterly stupid posts. What has the size of a city to do with the noise a group of fans make? On that basis we should be louder than Sunderland fans. And on what basis could anyone claim the two Hull rugby clubs are better than the Leeds one? He was of course correct about the superiority of the football team.
App Perhaps it was their Cup Final. It meant zilch to us. Two leeds fans sat in front of me in E6, pleased to say they left on 70 mins.
Livermore was hit and miss - some poor play, poor passes and drifted in and out at times - other times he would chase down players and show some grit and making things happen - too inconsistent - Odubajo was poor in defence - often leaving his marker in acres of space and then failing to get back in time - stupid challenge for the pen - Maguire was a bit disappointing - gets turned too easily and resorts to shirt pulling to stop them - Huddlestone proved why he shouldn't have been dropped for Meyler - much better - Robertson had great game but lacked good enough support around him when he pushed forward - should be wing back - cant defend / cut out crosses consistently - nice to see the Scum going mental because they managed to get a point off the mighty Hull - stupid ****s
Three games and three goals scored by a player unmarked in the centre of goal, 7 yards out. Our defence needs some practice drills to handle these crosses, its beyond poor.
Great game of football to watch. For those fans I overheard saying "Well, at least we didn't lose" on their way out of the West Stand - it felt like a bloody defeat! Thudd was outstanding today. Agree with those above though, we had enough chances to win. Anyone notice how eerily simlilar the first Leeds goal was to the Wolves goal the other night? Something they REALLY need to sort out.
Moses miles out of position on both occasions. Both centre halves going for the same man leaving a man free in the box. Leadership and organisation needed fast.
