    I think it's more, he won't be in right frame of mind so no point picking him, and if they suspend him now and he is found guilty, might look good on us and his ban might be backdated to the suspension.

    The fact is uefa have not suspended him and it's only come out as a result leaked.

    The club have said he will not play until it's sorted.

    End of...

    I'm happy it's zero tolerance as others might be tempted to play him... there is no excuse for going outside your clubs technical and medical staff and taking own stuff. Clubs spend millions on the right legal supplements and treatments to ensure peak performance so scamming it is cheating so if he is done for it he can take his ban like a man however long it is.
