I know, absolutely clueless to call that a foul.

First tackle was stupid and was more luck than judgement that he didn't make contact with his foot. Saying that, yellow was maybe a tad harsh but you go to ground and don't win the ball then you run that risk.

Wasn't paying too much attention to MOTD2 but didn't they make a comment the first yellow was his 2nd reckless challenge and that he could have been booked beforehand as well?

Hang on lads the ref apparently warned him on persistent fouling moments before first yellow and then booked him for the foul.

Its vardy's own damned fault at 1-0 up he decides on a yellow to thrown himself down in the area.

He then knowing he's done it god mad and absues ref.... well

in the words of the great...

huge game tonight for newkie and city.

If CIty lose this 4th is again wide open. if newkie lose its nearly a disaster for them. its a home game and they need anything they can get out of it.

aguero has done newkie loads i nthe prem so watch that one.. any genius with aguero as captian this week will be very happy.

well i've backed the newkie boys. I have a sneaky feeling they will roll the city over even though citys form recently has been great.

True. But since the FA are looking at his accuse towards the ref they should look at the refs decision to give him the first booking.

Obviously, #readtherules apples here but it's still ****.

Apparently ref didn't theatrically point to where every incident occured and count it off so crowd could see... it was on Ssn by dermot Gallagher.

THats true but chelsea played right into their hands getting counter attacked and in mikel and fabregas the 2 slowest dms in the world. They werent even cynical enough to foul them.

I think newkie will be desperate and will work hard. Add to that rafa looks like going 2 dms with the key just clogging up the middle where city like to attack and hitting them on the counter. Saying that though aguero and citys record at newkie stand them in good stead

Notice you don't even refer to Chelsea as 'us'. Washed your hands with them this season? <whistle>

Even in newcastles win over Swansea last week, they gave away about 3 very good chances and could have easily lost that game.

Do do that tonight and city will take full advantage.
