Increasing the price children, young people and senior citizens pay because he doesn't want to pay his staff to check tickets and passes. Nothing more, nothing less, at least for me.
I think it's Ehaw's attempt to prove himself to his Dad by showing 'dynamic' 'innovative' 'cost-cutting' schemes that no other club has tried. Unfortunately they're utter smoke and mirrors garbage, and risk being seen as re-arranging the deckchairs on the Titanic.
Great idea - sign up everyone we know & show what a great success idea it is ... for match day ticket-less
I believe their motives are theirs to keep, as are their identities; I don't need to know either. I simply believe the act was not as damaging as folk have claimed, just as I believe the Allams are not the sort of people you enter into NDAs with, but that is my opinion, no one else has to share it. perhaps they might decide to defend their position, unless they cannot, if it was in some way tied into the club strategy = they have achieved a very quick consultation period, haven't they.
It's a bit weird how the witch hunt is searching for the 'whistle blowers'. What difference did they make? Some of you are talking like this scheme was their idea, rather than the ALLAMS?
emperors new clothes - why not charge everyone the same for a season ticket if that what they want to do - how is paying money to attend every game innovative - don't fall for it - its a load of nonsense and calling it a membership scheme is a load of cack - innovation is something new and different - unless it leads to fan ownership when you earn your stripes then its just the same thing with a different name
Sadly Filey, as with the evictions and the name change, many people will simply look out for themselves. If it doesn't impact negatively on them, they won't give a **** about you. Loyalty to fellow fans was an old school trait, that seems to be out of favour. Maybe now, people will start to look at past actions, and we could perhaps start to see that loyalty rebuilding, with this issue as a catalyst.
I wont have any part in no concessions for kids. Young fans are our clubs future. We need more not less. I dont understand how anyone can join this ****ty membership scheme. If you do your kicking the next generation of supporters in the teeth It should be kids for a quid when we have so many empty seats.
I dont get it Dutch when we have thousands of empty seats as it is. Are they trying to empty the ground ? Dont they want a full stadium ? What the **** is good about this stupid stupid idea
Dunno bud. I asked similar questions about other schemes, and got no answers then. In the recent past, we not only rolled over and had our bellies tickled, we asked him to rub harder and do it more, and **** the mongrels whining in the corner. Sadly, my predictions then have more than come true. Long term and other fans walking away, **** atmosphere and the club feeling empowered. The ones liable to fight these things are finding better ways of spending their time. I know I am.
It is - 'Creeping normality or death by a thousand cuts & refers to the way a major change can be accepted as the normal situation if it happens slowly, in unnoticed increments, when it would be regarded as objectionable if it took place in a single step or short period'. or 'First they came for .... Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me' (with no disrespect to the original)
Whilst I understand your feelings Filey walking away would feel like letting them win, at least for me. I have a lot to think about over the next week but, this minute, I'm inclined to stay and fight.
Like I said I have things to think about. If we call for a boycott and are ignored by thousands of City supporters it would do nobody any good at all.
I wont have nowt to do with it obi Spent the last 4 seasons converting my nephews two young uns into Hull City fanatics Which they are now. Young fans are the clubs future They have been kicked in the teeth Even though my own pass would be cheaper.....i didnt want a reduction for me. I want the club to make an effort to fill the stadium.....not drive young fans away We will go to away games though The juniors love away days even more then home games To me its the worst thing any owner has done and we have had some bloody crooks in the past.
please log in to view this image please log in to view this image Charlton fans protesting compared to Hull City fans - lets face it, most Hull City fans are a disgrace, couldn't give a **** about what's morally right - the vast majority won't say or do a bloody thing unless it affects them personally
N4 Omega man 16....14 But its nothing to do with price. Even if i was better off i would not go because many WONT be better off I could even get my pass and a carers free pass for junior one.and only pay for junior 2 Its not about me . I would not # care if my pass went up a bit But for all those priced out they can **** off No concessions is a horrible idea But i will have lots of away day fun 14 this season.....even more next season fingers crossed Im ok omega man Charging kids adult prices is NOT ok Its impossible to be ok
