I have already been called 'stupid' and worse by you, but you ask me to 'keep it clean'. You must have been taking lessons in Dai's School of Irony. I think I'll take myself off before you deliberately derail yet another thread with your unhealthy obssession. TLF's post at 338 above is perfect. He echoes what I've said "I understand you believe he is the man for the job, but for me he is nowhere near what we need". Yet you don't answer him, you continue to have a pop at me for some peculiar reason. You need to get a grip I think.
I've no love for Guidolin , only a love for preparedness. I don't want our 4th manager in a 25 game span .... Period . Iwanted Curtis to stay on his own till summer ... Full stop . I'm in awe of Huw's inability to make decisions on managers this season . Once Jenkin's decided to bring in a new manager , I wanted him to stay for next season REGARDLESS of who that manager was to be . Turned out to be Guidolin , so there you have it . To much time has been spent with our manager being attacked for trying to figure a new team out , than the overlooked importance of points gained in a critical moment . You guys can pretend I don't know what I'm talking about , but it would be just pretending
Jabba our fan base is split, but some are not contented with the fact that he has saved our season, they want to see pretty football, which is not always possible when you have to ground out results from being at the bottom, now as I see it, the players are largely responsible for the result yesterday not Franco, they failed to put in the same intensity as when Chelsea came to town, they failed the manager and fans with schoolboy defending that has been an issue all season, we have the worst record of all premier league clubs for 'Set Piece' defending, it is nothing short of disgraceful for pro's, but I'm sure that our manager will sort it next season. As for next season, well many want Rodgers back, and the media are rife with that story, but if I was a betting man, I think our Chairman will go with his current manager Guidolin, to the dismay of some fans who think he is far to cautious, and negative in his football, me I'll be happy either way, but I do think Guidolin deserves a contract extension, and I think he will be more offensive next season..........
Got a bit of brown on you're nose there Aussie , might wanna ...you been calling me sh:t since the Oxford game , you'res get little stars you can't read . Must be horrible to be deleted
I'm not getting drawn into an effort to derail again, Roof. It's unfair to other posters so I suggets you get that daft chip off your shoulder and grow up a little. It would help if you reverted to English now and again though because I've no idea half the time what you're on about. By the way "I've no love for Guidolin , only a love for preparedness" is an oxymoron.
I had to google that and I still don't understand it. Roof please explain this Olga thing that is over my head as well.
We may not be prepared now , but were safe , we will be prepared in August if Guidolin is given a chance ... IMO.
Do not stop lads please! I'm getting my popcorn out as I type..................... please log in to view this image
I've got better things to do Phill. Sorry. Got the family over and just saw me in 1991 on holiday in the States with a Swans shirt on - the one with the rubber 'Action Garages' logo on the front. It's horrific.
Those 'Orange' Gulf, and Yellow and Black Action Garage logo's where ghastly to say the least, never bought one...........
Guildo has been poor, very poor in a lot of games. We would have got the same amount of points under Curtis and i dont think Curtis is good enough for the job as a full time manager. What we have here is a bunch of one game wonders who are never consistent enough. some are Brilliant one game and crap the next but rarely in tune with each other......I dont care who the manager is monk, curtis guildo nobody has molded the team into one unit and we have a bunch of some good players who have individual talent but are not trained properly into a team...We need someone like Brendan back to install that part of the game. Our defending against set pieces must be the worst in the premiership and its been like that for a long time and you have to question just what do they do on the training field because it cant be learning to defend set pieces.....
Curtis has had the team for 7 games , Guidolin 12 ..... Exactly how much moulding together did you guys expect ......jeez !
Oh let it go you daft twonk. Grow up and stop trying to provoke. You're making yourself look even more foolish than usual if that's possible.
As long as it keeps " The Hate Brigade " off our current 1. 5 points a game manager , no probs with any preceived " Look " That might appear ..... Considering the source .
