Ah ok my mistake! I guess your specs saw one thing which works in your favour and mine see something in ours. Either way it would've been a harsh penalty by modern standards as they're hardly ever given. What about the one on Defoe then? Your opinion on that? Was almost identical but none of your fans seem to have seen it
That's why I am not entering a row with Marcus - might not be able to maintain control and dignity for long
I'm not having a row with anyone fella. Obviously you guys have your opinions and I have mine. We'll never agree but it's just a debate. nothing else. Be interested on your opinion on Defoes shirt being pulled in the box though?
I can't believe you are moaning about one Defoe issue with all our Pen shouts and the fact you pretty much beat up and tried to get inside Mbokani all game. The amount of times we passed it to him, and one of your players were pulling, pushing and trying to get off with him. I think he got 1 free-kick all game! Again, not arguing with you mate, just debating.
To be honest I don't think there was much in any of the penalty claims but the letter of the law went in the Cats favour for the one you scored There was a lot of pushing going on though in the Mackems penalty box
He got the ball, and his follow through caught him. We would have never been awarded a pen for that! That's what p*sses me off the most! We just never ever get these decisions, and the opponents always do. Nothing ever changes.
Marriner who hates us gave the pen...Webb said he was right..stupid challenge.to make in the box....he barely touched the ball but stamped on Borini's ankle. 9nly Sutton ex Norwich said no pen. Should you have had a pen...It has to be clear cut like the challenge on Borini...your guys badly acting being shot by a sniper did not help. 2 from 3...It can go anyway with the skunks beating Swansea
Again, if you win you think the ref was great. if he didn't give yours but gave any one of all ours. You'd say he was sh*t.
36 bottles of beer left in the fridge, at half time there were 52. Not sure what to do from here, keep drinking to numb the pain of relegation, get really p******* and go out and smack some of the new athletico Madrid fans, who were barca fans last week."Hey c**** how did Norwich do today"? Well basically we got what we deserved by spending no serious money in the summer, same old NCFC
Same here fella - Leicester City are going to have a whole new fan base next season and good bye Man Utd & Chelsea
Well todays results have blown the relegation battle wide open, we've done a fairly professional job on you lot today hitting you on the break and exposing what was a weak defence without Klose. There is no denying that the ref had a big bearing on the game, think he got the Sunderland penalty right, your striker getting pulled back by Kaboul might have been a pen and after looking at replays Kirchhoff has probably caught Bassong in the lead up to the second. I think that the ref had probably marked M'Bokani and Naismiths card for going down easily with them seeming to try and buy some fouls with slight (if any) contact throughout the game that said if a pen had been given for Kabouls pull on M'Bokani we could have had no complaints. For the second goal if I was a Norwich fan I'd be fuming with Bassong surrendering possession so weakly in such a dangerous position with the score at 1 -0, even if it should have been a free kick I know who I would be blaming. Anyway it looks like we're both in for a very nervy last few games and it'll end in tears for at least one of us
What do you think of Khazri yellow car? Identical to the one on Borini. Reckless and dangerous IMO. Different area of the pitch but same decision in both cases and both spot on. We had a penalty given against us for a challenge by Mvila against Southampton. Very little contact with anything but all agreed it w stupid and was tightly given. The forward made damn sure there was contact and went over very easily. It cost us the game. Instead of blaming the ref we blamed the player who made the challenge. (The ref gave none of the pushy in the box by the way. At your end or ours. But he gave the one reckless one. Ball or not it was a silly challenge with all studs showing and is a free kick anywhere on the pitch)
I'm hoping a few more Sunderland fans pop over to tell us how Premier league referees do their job and for us to just accept it's beyond our control. #evensoutovertheseason
You got that right he was atrocious, he didn't challenge for any loose balls, didn't go up for headers, and was throwing himself around like he was at a punk concert. I'm actually astonished that he came out for the second half. We have got players who are a lot better and more committed than he is, he's only here for his pension in my opinion!
