OH lets see the last Ayrshire cup game, the last Scottish cup game( which you've never won) the last league game ( which you've never won, the big boys one that gets you into Europe ) Thats your starter for 10 like
hahahahaha and your club is such a huge credit to Scottish football. Last time yous beat us at Somerset? Errr..........wow, I really don't remember. How embarassing :O
We measure our success in terms of trophies won (although not many), seasons in the top league, European qualification and developing potential Scottish internationalists. You measure your success in ... not losing at home to us PS: if you really have embarrasing memory problems, you should consult a doctor.
I am well aware that we are not a top club, we never qualify for Europe and haven't played at the top for a long time. Our right back Jonathan Tiffoney is in the Scotland u-21s by the way. I don't measure success in whether we lose to you or not, the point I was making (which you cant deny), is that considering how crap we are and have been for years, you still can't win at our ground, whether we field full-time players or part time builders and mechanics. That is embarassing.
To my knowledge, we've played you twice at your place in the last 10 years and both games were drawn, although you did win the CIS cup-tie on penalties. If you think that's embarrassing, fine. IMO it's not great, but its also not embarrassing. Before that you knocked us out the cup in two successive years, I think, once when we were the holders and you were in Division 1. Again, not brilliant, but not the end of the world. In fact, I quite happily repeat the experience of losing to you as reigning Scottish Cup champions
can't see you ever winning it again tbh. I seem to recall last time you got to a major final you were royally spanked by Hibs....
If you remove the "again", you could say the same about your lot. Still, we went nearly 70 years between our previous two SC victories. Can you really see that far into the future?
I can't see us winning anything in my lifetime, I have to be honest (except from the odd 2nd division title) :/ Obviously I can't see into the future, but I seriously think that outside the old firm, teams like yourselves don't have much hope. Especially when every clown with money only wants to invest in the huns or the tims instead of their local team.
Aye. You need a bit of luck, like we had in 97. Only faced one SPL team (DeeUtd in the semi) and other teams knocked the sisters out for us. But we live in hope ... The alternative. Travel to Glesga with the other Glory Hunters or worse buy a ManU top and a Sky subscription.
