Why hasn't anyone commented that it was also Chelsea looking at Aden? That would be good if they sign him, push the price up further. Also in those links, Villa might also be looking at Baker and possibly Kodjia. Anyway glad they all came Tuesday night as there wasn't much to see.
Would he get a game at Goodison ahead of Jagielka, Mori and Stones? Even then Galloway and Browning would have a say over his CB chances.
Aden has been a terrific servant to City. Does he have what it takes to play at the highest level, if I'm honest I just don't know, but I do know that if Everton do come calling he has earn't his chance to see, and like many on here he would go with my great thanks for all he has achieved in his time with us. I just hope the board deal with it properly this time, we have a terrible track record of handling the sales of the few players we have had that have moved up to that level.
Saw him pat the badge at the end of the match, he's happy hear but no one would turn down prem football
As much as we all love Flinty, do you REALLY think he is good enough for the likes of Everton or even Chelsea?...come on guys....he is having a decent season yes, but probably not up there with the prem defenders. ....
Maybe not, but I personally think he has earned the right to try.. his distribution may let him down but that can be worked on and improved, we are shockingly short of decent CB's in this country at the moment, alongside an experienced footballing CB he could be quality. Having said that, I don't want to lose him. A lot of our fans won't know what we had till he's gone.
Still reckon Villa is the more likely especially if Baker goes back and then plays for them regularly- They then have a pair of centre backs who have played a whole championship season together (albeit, it has shipped 64 goals)- Villa would pay him more too- If he went to Everton or Chelsea, he would spend most of his time bench warming- Hope he stays, naturally.
I started a thread on the JA606 Everton board (they don't seem to be on here) and they seem to be preoccupied in some sort of a banterfest with West Ham fans - there are only about 3 sensible, topic-related comments out of the whole lot. Basically, their fans aren't interested: http://www.ja606.co.uk/articles/viewArticle/340187
I did make a Serious comment about his chances. Being behind Jags, Mori and Stones with Galloway and Browning for competition means I can't see it
You did. Thanks - and I agree with your comment, but most of the other posts on there are unrelated drivvel
