    Just sit there with the black cloth on your head, it will freak the defendants out! Or glance over at them in the dock every now and again and slowly shake your head, Or stare at them and do the universal knife across the neck action during the summing up.

    Don't you Scottishists have the option of Not Proven as well as Guilty & Not Guilty? I've done jury service and a lot of the cases would have been Not Proven if we had the choice.

    Do you still have Sheriffs? What about Deputy Dawgs and Muskees?

    Not proven is great. Sure, it can be a ****, but in the grand scheme of things its legitimate.
