I agree. His selection / tactics were all wrong against West Brom imo, but they're correct for the league leaders.

That`s the important point. There seems to be some sort of extra confidence because it`s only Leicester as if they`re there by some sort of fluke. If it was one of the usual suspects ManC, Arsenal, Spurs would we be as confident? I suspect not.

Leicester have earned the right to be top of the prem for the simple reason they`ve beaten every bugger else.

If we get anything we`ll have done bloody well imo.

They've had the run of the green all season. No major injuries to Vardy or Mahrez. Compare their contribution compared to the rest of the team.

Hadn`t thought about injuries tbh. Right enough though.

Either they`ve been very lucky or they`ve got a damn good medical team. Possibly both. Makes a hell of a difference though when you think about it.

I remember the reverse fixture,(1st game of the season I think) I was at a wedding and had no phone reception in the church, came out and we were 3-0 down before half time, Leicester have never looked back since. I think Leicester should thank us for giving them a great start to the season and lots of confidence.

Two forwards in the form of their lives, but I still reckon Leicester would be bottom half of the league without Kante in that team, he's the one who'll be definitely moving in the summer, probably for £40m and upwards.

Mahrez could go to warm the Barca bench, maybe Pep will want him at City.

Vardy will likely stay put, he's not gonna command a £40m fee at his age and to sell him for less is stupid business for Leicester.

be canny if Vardy, Mahrez, Huth, Kante and that little slanty eyed ****er Okazaki had training ground accidents that put them out for the weekend only :emoticon-0136-giggl
    Wishful thinking anyway.

I agree, at the end of the season if they win it by more than 1 point they should donate the ones they don't need to us <whistle>

Apparently Real scouted Kante in the summer but decided against because he wasn't a "big enough name" <doh> reckon he could end up there yet.

Not so sure about Vardy, even if they win it, Leicester can't compete with the cash of the big boys. If he has his head turned there's no point forcing him to stay.

7 games left in the Sunderland schedule , time to take things seriously ....it's like déjà vu all over again
I expect Sunderland to get 7 points this month , 4 points next , that makes 38 and safe IMO . Then wake up and its " Groundhog Day " again .....then have to endure them for another season . This game ....1-1

I can't see who would buy Vardy for big money mind, maybe Spurs, aside from them... well Liverpool have a reputation for that sort of thing.

Kante's good enough for any club in the world right now, he's made more tackles than any midfielder from any club in the top 5 European divisions. I reckon Arsenal and City will be all over him,

Yeah I was thinking Lpool might bin Sturridge off and get Vardy in. Good business if they can imo. Vardy might not be young but at least he actually plays games.

Kante is exactly what Arsenal need imo. If they got him and a top drawer striker they'd be real contenders next year I think. He would also be a decent replacement for Yaya, assuming City don't land Pogba (can't see it but you never know).

That's a good shout, Sturridge would be far better suited to a slower pace league in warmer climates, it wouldn't surprise me to see him go to the MLS or more likely, Spain.

City's transfer dealings will depend on whether they finish top 4, I think if they do, Pep will build a team of big names on big money, if they finish outside, I can see him bringing in young talent... I'd be far more afraid of the 2nd option, long term.

Huge summer transfers coming up, no doubt we'll spend 3 months trying to do a deal for Lukaku then give up on deadline day and sign 3 bang average midfielders for £700m each.

Cattermole is the secret weapon with kirchof now doing the sitting role , brilliantly imo Cattermole is now freedup. He was excellent against wba and a brilliant reaction from a bloke who has been left out of the team to show the manager what he could do in training and force his way in.

But we have already played two of those at home pops and I reckon we could have beat both - definitely City and possibly Spurs depends if we get the rub of the green for me

Absolutely, but that applies to every match surely.

The point I was trying to make (Obviously very badly <laugh>) is that there seems to be a feeling that we stand more chance because it`s Leicester. Sort of semi disregarding their performances and league position.

    I think that`s what I mean. :emoticon-0138-think
