1 week. He won't want any more than that. He might be ready for our final pre-season friendly, or the game with Sunderland but he should get a decent amount of training under his belt before the season starts. I really don't see him as the type of person who likes to take long times off football.
Suarez doesnt need any warm up games, he should be in training the wednesday befor the Sunderland game. And he should start v Sunderland
I'm confident he won't be a problem for our sports medicine team and they will have advised well on his recuperation period.
That's rather naive, he's spent all summer away playing football in hot South America with a completely different team. I'd think he needs some longer training with the squad.
