Gulf in pretentiousness maybe. You're using bigger words, but you're both wannabe wums who bask in every short term success that comes your clubs' way. Although I have less experience of you than astro, so it remains to be seen if you are still giving it large when Spurs are back in 5th.
Now now Sky, don't be mean to the poor spud. Tbh I have a lot of sympathy for them. You guys have had to put up with 25 years in the shadow of the biggest club in England, with the most fans, largest ground, until recently the best manager. Spurs have had to put up with 45 years in the shadow of Arsenal. I know, Arsenal, right? I can only imagine the size of the inferiority complex that has caused. They probably barely even believe that next year is their year any more...
Do you really think Spurs can maintain a top three spot AND challenge in CL (say reach last 16/QF) with the squad they have?
So Spurs will keep all their best players next season aye? Is this like when you insisted Bale was going nowhere? Kane, Alli etc will stay next season for the CL gig, but the following season, they will be lured away by Chelsea, City, United etc, who will triple their wages. All three of those clubs will most likely do much better next season, under new management, once they have spent £100m+ each in the transfer market. Spurs only hope of maintaining this type of position is if Arsenal keep Wenger on for another season. I cannot see at least 2 of United, Chelsea and City not challenging next season.
You very first post is idiotic! If you're going to open a thread like this, at least post something sensible. Suggesting you have opened a new thread called "United fall watch" or whatever it is, shows that nothing you post should actually be taken seriously. Sadly for you though, you would actually cry if Spurs ever miss out on the title this year because you would know deep down that you may never finish above United again in your lifetime. As for Poch vs Mourinho, it is stupid comparing the two. One has won everything there is to win in club football, and the former is still learning his trade at your almighty club. If Poch is offered the United's job, he would most likely bite off the hand that offers him the job and sign the contract before even reading it.
What??? Aren't you quaking in your boots at the prospect of the mighty Spurs signing West Brom squad player Berahino? I would say he will make them the complete article myself.
Sandro William Gallas Rafael Van Der Vaart Bongani Khumalo Steven Pienaar I guess the problem was that because they were in the CL, Levy couldn't justify selling any of the star players.
