You think Chelsea would love to deny us the title??? I don't. They would far prefer us to win it than Spurs

    I keep saying this...

If it does come down to the last game of the season against Chelsea... Well, Chelsea have literally nothing to play for, nobody will want to get injured before the Euros, and if beating us means Tottenham or Arsenal will win the Premier League.. Well, just how bothered will they be? I could even see a couple John Terry OG's, on his final send-off <laugh>

Plus, I'm sure a lot of Chelsea fans still have a lot of love for Ranieri, and would not begrudge seeing him lift the title...

Everything is just falling into place, it's like it was written... :D

The fans wouldn't ind but Abrahmovic is the vindictive type and would make sure that the team go for the win.

Arsenal are very much in the race though still.

    I'm nervous.

Don't be - if they win their next game then they are 8 points behind us so need to win 3 more then us to exceed us.

It is all in our hands - so unless we do a Ben Stokes, we are good.

We need 4 wins - from our fixtures I have us getting that.

Well, that's it done and dusted then!

If only I could be that confident, Big Fox. I won't believe it until it's mathematically impossible for anyone to catch us. Even then I'll be waiting for someone to come up with the fact that Kante's signing was somehow illegal and we'll be deducted 25 points. This is what supporting Leicester for 55 years does to you! :emoticon-0107-sweat

... with you Bucks ... hopefully Sunderland will come and have a go and enable us to play to our undoubted strengths ... a win there and other results going our way and I may no longer need the imodium <laugh>

This is the stage where i said it would be ours to lose (more points ahead than games remaining), so im all in on this "title challenge" thingy now.

I hope that we can keep it up and have it near on done and dusted before Everton, im at a wedding that day, but if its the game that will decide the title, then i'll definatly be taking some sneaky headphones <laugh>

I think 2 wins could do it meaing Tottenham need to win 5 out 6 to overturn it

7 points is a massive lead at this stage and if we beat Sunderland and Tottenham fail to beat Man U then its all over aswell

I think we'll be in this position on the 1st of May with two games to go.

    Leicester

    Sunderland (A) - Win.
    West Ham (H) - Draw.
    Swansea (H) - Win.
    United (A) - Draw.
    8 points - 77 points - 83 potential.

    Spurs
    United (H) - Draw.
    Stoke (A) - Win.
    West Brom (H) - Win.
    Chelsea (A) - Loss.
    7 points - 69 total - 75 potential.

    Arsenal
    West Ham (A) - Draw.
    Palace (H) - Win.
    West Brom (H) - Win.
    Sunderland (A) - Win.
    Norwich (H) - Win.
    13 points - 71 total - 77 potential.

Would mean that we'd be 6 points clear. Meaning we'd either need one point or Arsenal to draw one of their final two games (Man City away and Villa at home).

I have read somewhere that the game may be moved to a televised spot so could be saturday lunchtime or Sunday.
I think if Leicester can win the title in that game or have won the title it might be moved.

Sky won't select their televised games for the last 2 weekends until about a week before the games

Sorry, Ed, but I don't think you really mean that. <laugh>

There's no shame in being in the 'There's bound to be something go wrong' camp.

I am in the "there's bound to be something to go wrong' camp... I live my life by the motto "Expect the worst, hope for the best"

However, when we now talk about things "going wrong", we are now referring to only qualifying for the Champions League...

And I can't say I'd be disappointed with that <laugh>

If Leicester and Tottenham repeat the results from the games in the first half of the season we will pick up another 16 points (5 wins, 1 draw) and Tottenham will pick up 6 points (1 win, 3 draws, 2 defeats)

Arsenal will take 13 points (4 wins, 1 draw, 1 defeat) to finish above Tottenham

I'm in that camp too. There's no logical reason to think and believe we won't do it now apart from the well known 'Leicester City self destruct button' that we experienced in recent years. We are more than capable of going on winless runs! I then think was that Pearson as with Ranieri we have bounced back after every defeat. Basically, I'm non the wiser what to think!

Gunners drop 2 pts v WHU... should of been 3 though, but not a bad result for us.
